PriviCore is a company that offers a decentralized security solution, aiming to protect data even when there’s a breach, ensuring users retain control over their data.
PriviCore provides a Data Protection as a Service solution. It transforms the landscape of digital privacy by giving users total control of their data, ensuring peace of mind. The solution combines blockchain with encryption to create tokenized privacy and zero-trust mechanisms.
The PriviCore system is built on a patented Blockchain Data Protection protocol. This protocol enables users to securely manage access to their applications and data. The system is designed to be scalable, customizable, and compatible with external systems via plugins.
PriviCore places a strong emphasis on data security. Our solution combines blockchain technology with encryption to create a secure environment for data.
Most existing cybersecurity solutions focus on securing readable data. However, with each prevented hack, the likelihood of a successful breach increases. PriviCore aims to provide a more robust solution to this problem.
PriviCore’s security solution is industry-agnostic but is especially applicable in sectors like the Medical Industry, Governments and Military, Telecommunications, Financial and Family Offices, Utilities, and Technology Companies.
PriviCore’s solution is secure, combining blockchain with encryption. It’s also fast, compatible with external systems via plugins, and scalable.
PriviCore is not an SSO provider, but it supports integration with existing SSO systems through standard protocols, such as OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and SAML. This allows organizations to leverage their current identity providers for authentication, while PriviCore manages data-level access control and tokenization independently.
PS! appsco.com, however, we have SSO and provisioning capabilities towards our Workforce platform.
PriviCore’s tokenization engine is designed with robust security measures, incorporating access control and usage rights managed through configurable policies and a secure voting system (and META information).
While specific third-party audit details are not publicly disclosed, the platform emphasizes compliance with industry standards and is undergoing continuous evaluation to ensure data protection efficacy.
Please do not mix Blockchain ledgers with Tokenization of data.
Data tokenization is a security technique that replaces sensitive information, such as credit card numbers, social security numbers, or personal identifiers, with unique, non-sensitive substitutes known as tokens. These tokens have no intrinsic value or exploitable meaning and cannot be reverse-engineered without access to a secure mapping system.
The original sensitive data is securely stored in a separate location, often referred to as a token vault, while the tokens are used in place of the actual data within an organization’s systems. This approach minimizes the exposure of sensitive information, reducing the risk of data breaches and aiding in compliance with data protection regulations like PCI DSS and GDPR.
PriviCore currently utilizes multi-layer encryption techniques, including elliptic curve encryption, to secure data. While it does not explicitly state the use of Format-Preserving Encryption (FPE), the platform is designed to be crypto-agile, allowing for the integration of post-quantum cryptographic algorithms as they become standardized and necessary. See also the product presentation attached to the indirect competitors overview.
PriviCore does not employ Blockchain. The Blockchain is ONLY relevant for us is for Device security and potentially holding one part of the key instead of PriviCore in our Multi-Encryption. Key Management we have in our solution, and you can also connect to external Key Management solutions as well.
Privicore is MS fast through stateless tokenization and Asynchronous policy and voting with Authentication. PS! Blockchain would make it too slow.
